As a seasoned business traveler, I recently chose Baymont for a corporate retreat, and my experience was a mixed bag. the hotel offers a meeting room that accommodates up to 40 guests, ideal for our needs. However, upon arrival, I encountered issues with room cleanliness and maintenance. the older building had been somewhat updated, but the AC units were causing a moisture problem, visible through mold on the ceiling. the staff handled the situation professionally; the day manager, Jordan, promptly switched me to a clean and comfortable room. In terms of business amenities, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the business center was functional. the off-site car park was convenient, and the 24-hour reception added a layer of accessibility for remote work. Overall, Baymont has the potential to be a haven for business travelers with its meeting facilities and essential amenities. With some improvements in room maintenance and cleanliness, it could truly excel in catering to corporate needs. Next time I'm in town, I hope to see the positive changes I suggested implemented.
